After surveying the agents in the Union City area, Navi was the clear and obvious choice. She knows the area, knows the market, knows the buyers, and treats you right. We wanted to fix up our house before selling it, and she took care of all the details, from finalizing a design to hiring contractors and project managing the whole process. Her team did top notch work for a fantastically affordable price, and left the house looking better than ever. Because of the market crash/recession, we were dreading a protracted sale process, but fortunately that never came to pass. We had our first (and only) open house on the weekend, got multiple offers both Monday and Tuesday, and negotiated a sale price (with no contingencies!) with the winner by Tuesday night. Escrow was largely uneventful, besides the standard online signing of paperwork every few days. 30 days later, we closed without a hitch. All of our interactions with the rest of Navi's team (thanks Tracy and Jennifer!) were wonderful, and the whole engagement was way easier than we'd thought possible. Navi and everyone else involved in the experience were genuinely fantastic. If you're looking for an agent in the Union City area, you really can't go wrong hiring the Steve Dhillon Team, and Navi Dhillon in particular. They're just the best, period.

My wife and I recently hired Navi to sell our house and represent us as buyers on another house. We had a great experience! We first reached out to Navi because we had seen her houses selling very quickly around our neighborhood, and we were motivated to sell our home because we had already found a property we were interested in. From our first meeting with Navi it was apparent that she knew Union City like the back of her hand, which makes sense considering she grew up there! She knew intricacies of the neighborhood such as details of the different build models from their original construction in the 70’s and boundaries of the school system and how they influence home pricing. She made a great first impression, so we hired her after that first meeting. From there the staging and prep work for our first weekend of showing was really easy. Navi had a good eye for what of our items to keep and which needed to be replaced for staging. Of course she handled all the coordination with the stagers, photographers, and hiring of the deep cleaners, so there was very little effort on our part. We had offers after our first open house weekend, reviewed and countered offers that Tuesday, then got the price that we wanted. Our home was only on the market for about 6 days before we sold for over $100,000 above listing, we were beyond thrilled! On the buying side Navi was super helpful in negotiating with the sellers and was able to help us get a discount off the listing price. There were a lot of moving pieces between the two contracts, but Navi always took the time to explain to us what was happening and guide us through the process. She was very responsive to our many questions, and she was always available to have quick phone calls to work out any small detail. She definitely put my wife and I at ease and helped make a complicated process a breeze! We would highly recommend Navi and the Steve Dhillon team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the Union City area!
