Came in for a quick oil change and they definitely lived up to the name — super fast and efficient. The staff was friendly, professional, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. They explained what they were doing, checked everything thoroughly, and had me back on the road in no time. If you’re in Fremont and need a quick, honest oil change, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Dishonest & Unprofessional - Waited Hours Only to Be Disrespected I gave this place multiple chances, but after today, I'm done. Here's what happened: 1. Skipped in Line After Waiting: Despite being next in line, they helped other customers who arrived later. When I moved my car slightly forward (as instructed), I was abruptly told to move back so they could assist someone else instead. 2. False Excuses & Runaround: The staff claimed they needed to lift my car, yet immediately serviced another vehicle. When I questioned the unfair treatment, a tall employee (possibly Bennie?) rudely dismissed me, saying, Sure, when I told him I'd never return. 3. Zero Respect for Customers' Time: After wasting 4 hours of my day, I left without service. Thankfully, my Snapchat recorded part of the interaction proof of their unprofessionalism. Avoid this shop if you expect basic fairness or honesty. They'll waste your time, prioritize others unfairly, and shrug when called out. Plenty of better options out there.

Excellent service and friendly staff. I took my Mercedes Benz and they changed the battery. Fast and quality service. They charged me a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Honest people and unbelievable prices. Photo shows the new battery installation process.

Excellent service, fast and very friendly. Went in for an oil change and they checked all my fluids, brakes, tire pressure and etc. Also put air for me in all my tires and recommended me to come in for other services if I didn’t have time today. They topped all my fluids for me as well. Definitely will be back

These guys know what they’re doing. The Pit Stop Oil Change took care of my car and explained everything in simple terms. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into buying extra stuff. Solid service all around.
