I really like this Joint Chiropractic location at Fremont. Dr. Jose is really helpful finding spots on my body that need adjustment. I have a wellness pass, which the price is more than reasonable. With the wellness pass I get 4 visits per month. If I need a quick adjustment during my lunch break from work or after work I come to The Joint Chiropractic.

Dr. Carl Wang and receptionist Alex and Nicole are all great! One Chiropractor name Jose is terrible. Lacks bedside manner and rude. I know when not to visit if he is scheduled.

The location is nice and small and convenient. I live in Hayward but make the drive down to Fremont to se Dr. Jose Villegas, very attentive doesn’t make you feel rushed when he is doing your adjustments, does an excellent job of making sure he takes care of any concerns you have definitely will continue to go out of my way to meet him at any location.

I like the walk in no appointment method. Maybe if you had to wait long I wouldn't. The Drs. are very specific to your individual needs so that's a huge plus.

The Hayward and Fremont location tends to close often during business hours and I had a month membership for 4 visits and didn’t get to use even 1 because they were closed every time. I paid about $100 for 4 visits and didn’t get to use any of it. They wouldn’t refund me for the month or allow me to use 4 visits in the future because they said I could’ve gone to another location. Poor customer service and unfortunately I will not be back to the Fremont office unless they have new management or close this one. I’ve been to most of the locations and Brokaw with Dr. Bryan, Milpitas, and the main Dr. at the Plant in San Jose is the best. Very knowledgeable and take care of their patients.
