The Commons Clubhouse

Was there for a friends party. Surprised to know that that’s the only clubhouse for thousands of families living in that community. It hardly accommodates 40 people. Attached kitchen is hard to walk into, lol. I saw a gym besides the clubhouse which is again the only one for this community and has capacity of about 10-15 at a time. Pity these residents paying about 500-700 HOA
