I received exceptional service for my Model Y with Angun. He helped take care of all the defects (paint and misalignment) that came with my car during delivery and he communicated with me throughout the process. It was very easy to obtain a rental car and the service was finished pretty quickly. They also cleaned the car’s exterior and interior. I highly recommend this place for servicing your Tesla!

I am publishing this detailed, documented timeline of my experience at this facility to warn potential customers of the extreme negligence and administrative incompetence I experienced under my assigned estimator, Radni. His actions turned a standard assessment into a chaotic three-week ordeal, resulting in severe technical errors, zero communication, and major rental-car logistical issues. The Timeline of Events: * June 17: Vehicle dropped off at Tesla Collision. * June 18: Facility formally confirmed receipt of the vehicle. * June 23: Followed up. Radni stated he had been sick and admitted absolutely zero work had been started on my car over the first six days. * June 29: After zero updates, I had to call multiple times to bypass a completely full voicemail box. When I reached Radni, he claimed he sent the estimate the previous Thursday and blamed my insurer (AAA) for the delay. He gave me a ballpark repair cost of $7,000, confidently stating the car was "certainly not a total loss." AAA verified they had received absolutely nothing. * June 29 (Later): Called Tesla an additional 10+ times because their inbox was too full to leave a message. Spoke to a receptionist who took a message to have the estimate resent with the claim number explicitly included. * June 30: Called again. The receptionist claimed Radni resent it. AAA again confirmed nothing was received. After calling back 10+ more times and attempting to use the unresponsive Tesla App message center, Radni finally returned my call. During this phone call, Radni apologized for a string of shocking, highly unprofessional blunders: * Identity/VIN Error: He admitted that the initial estimate he claimed to have sent the week prior was actually sent for the wrong vehicle entirely because he was "working on multiple Model 3s." * $17,000 Accounting Omission: He forgot to add the critical suspension damage to my estimate. Fixing this single mistake caused the repair quote to skyrocket from $7,000 to $24,000, completely flipping the vehicle from "repairable" to a Total Loss. * Pricing Errors: He admitted he accidentally applied a parts discount code that he forgot to remove. * Incomplete Paperwork: He admitted that none of his emails to AAA included my claim number, meaning even if he had sent them, they could never be matched to my file. An estimator’s single job is to provide accurate, timely financial data to insurers. Failing on literally every administrative and technical front—while laughing during the apology and treating the customer's resulting stress as a joke—is a massive operational liability. My car sat there for three weeks while I had to constantly fight with my insurance company to extend my rental because of Tesla's delays. Save yourself the immense headache and take your vehicle literally anywhere else.

I had an excellent experience with the team. The front desk staff was incredibly patient and thoroughly guided me through the initial process. Additionally, the inspector clearly communicated the next steps and provided a transparent timeline for the repairs. Overall, it was a highly professional and seamless experience.

Worst Collision Center, please avoid and try other locations. The estimator-Jemery is the worst guy to wok with, not even picking the calls and responding to messages. A small chipoff paint and headlamp took more than a month to fix and esimates were around 7k. My insurance kept calling me to call the estimator to send the estimates, he keep on taking his own sweet time. Once he picked my call and gave me estimate cost around 64K. Lol, more than the worth of the car. I have to keep extending my rental because this place never gave me a timeline when the car will be fixed. And after a month I got update car will be ready in a week. Please avoid going to this location and if you dont have any option then please avoid working with Jeremy. Also, they charge hefty amount on labor. The chipoffs were not also fully fixed.

I had a great experience with this Tesla Servicing location! Angun was absolutely phenomenal. He responded to my texts very promptly, was super friendly, and worked with the insurance company to make sure I didn't pay out of pocket. The customer service made me really happy I went with this service center. Will definitely come back here again if needed.
