We were introduced to our realtor, Terrie MacDonald, through friends. Our friends recommended Terrie very highly so we were confident that she would be an excellent choice before we ever met her. Our personal experience with Terrie, however, far exceeded our already high expectations. From the very start Terrie was a breath of fresh air for our family at a time when our family was reeling from the recent death of our mother. It’s hard to express how much we appreciated how sensitive Terrie was to the stress that we were under. Terrie was able to immediately find ways to help us manage our difficult transition. As she gently worked with us, we were beginning to see her deep sense of caring for us. We felt secure… like she was a family member that was protecting us, and we are so thankful for that. And Terrie is an amazing organizer. She provided us a timeline so that we knew what to expect and when. She was a godsend helping us sell and donate the household contents. She also has a great team of contractors that were able to make timely repairs and get the home in perfect selling condition. She was wonderful about meeting contractors, and making sure the house was secure when the contractors were finished with their work. She arranged for beautiful staging inside and out, and made sure that the house was always clean-even when contractors were there working. Terrie was really diligent setting up frequent open houses, and was always personally present at each of them. Cleverly, she organized a sunset open house (and served wine and snacks) to showcase the amazing view from the rear patio. The house sold after only 3-weeks on the market, and Terrie negotiated the sale at our full asking price. Terrie and her document manager, Lesly, were an absolute joy to work with through the signing process…Lesly really knows her stuff. There is so much more to brag about when it comes to Terrie. We were very fortunate to have friends recommend her to us, and we highly recommend that anyone looking for a caring and capable real estate professional that is loaded with positive energy and rock-solid integrity reach out to Terrie and her team at Intero Real Estate. .
