Ted helped us sell our home through a much more complicated process than we expected. The transaction had a lot of back-and-forth, including buyer changes, negotiation stress, HOA/document questions, lender follow-ups, and last-minute closing coordination. Through all of it, Ted stayed calm, responsive, and practical. What I appreciated most was that he kept the process moving even when things got messy. Ted helped us land an accepted offer on our second try in the Bay Area (which is very good if you understand that market). He prevented us from competing with an irrational buyer on our first offer, saving us a lot of money. Great communication, advice, service. Highly recommend!
