Absolutely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I found this spot through ChatGPT while I was in Fremont, and it did NOT disappoint. The asada fries were loaded and packed with flavor — perfectly seasoned carne asada, crispy fries, and just the right balance of toppings. Every bite hit. The steak tacos were just as impressive. Super fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The meat had amazing flavor, and the tortillas and toppings complemented everything without overpowering it. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend if you’re craving legit asada fries and tacos!

Had the veggie hot cheeto burrito. Literally the best burrito I had in my life ever!!!!!! Definitely planning to come here again. So good

The food was great and the owner was very friendly! I ordered the enchiladas plate with chicken. Very tasty. Horchata was also great!

I recently ate at Papa Nachos and the food was seriously good. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor, especially the tacos and nachos—they were seasoned really well and didn’t feel greasy.
