I ordered a chalupa with refried beans instead of beef through the drive through. I opened it when I got home and there was as beef inside of the wrapper even though it was beans in the chalupa. They need to do better with cross contamination especially for people who are vegetarian. There was also some sort of beef juice all over the wrapper and was wet when i opened it.

Review: I ordered a Black Bean Wrap because I expected it to be vegetarian. I had already eaten about half of it when I noticed pieces inside that looked and tasted like meat. When one of the pieces came into my mouth, it felt like chicken. This was very disappointing and concerning, especially for someone expecting a vegetarian meal. I hope the restaurant investigates this issue and takes better care to avoid mix-ups between vegetarian and meat items.

The drive-through service was painfully slow. I waited way too long just to place my order, and the staff had a rude attitude the entire time. The employees were impatient, disrespectful, and spoke to customers with attitude. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculous.” Customer service and basic manners seem completely missing here.

The food at this Taco Bell location was consistently delicious-hot, fresh, and tasty, which keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, the service was severely lacking. Despite three employees being present, no one greeted or acknowledged me when I walked in, and I had to repeat my order multiple times before it was taken correctly, which was frustrating. While the food quality is great, the indifferent attitude and lack of basic hospitality from the staff really hurt the experience. A little more attentiveness and friendliness would make a big difference. Hopefully, management takes note and improves customer service.

Everytime I come to this location it’s a new rude person specifically the women’s!!! I came this morning and the women was so rude, so much attitude and slapped the window and on top of that messed up my order I payed for 2 cinnamon delights and didn’t receive any I said 5 Doritos supreme and she gives me 2 Doritos and 3 regular. Only once u had a good encounter with a young gentleman and I’m pretty sure he was new too
