This combined store offers a wide variety of good products and gets especially busy on weekends.

My review really reflects the HomeGoods side. I did not visit TJ Maxx. I found this location of HomeGoods appeared neat and tidy. Aisles were all clean and clear. Although I did notice within sections the employees left inventory mixed together instead of being organized. This location does seem to carry a good amount of inventory, so I think it is likely you'll find what you're looking for here. Prices are normal for HomeGoods, meaning some items are great, but some I would never buy from there. You have to do your research.

This rating is for the TjMax portion of the store The new management is questionable Today the older dressing room Woman only approached me ( there was literally another customer doing the same thing ) And told me stop spraying the perfume on my wrist to Smell , smell the bottle only . It felt inappropriate Especially given how I spend hundreds of dollars in the store When mentioned to my cashier how inappropriate to me the interaction from dressing room staff who watched me at the perfume counter was , the cashier apologized and stated management makes them do that. All while the manager stalked the area listened and said nothing If you guys don’t want perfumes sprayed lightly , you need to get scent tester sticks or put a sign that says that. It’s a bad policy considering I can’t smell a scent by smelling the bottle as instructed

This eating is not for Homegoods; it’s the ridiculous parking lot. These new type lots and their tight spaces are so terrible because they do not allow for much room, and just about every single car is outside if their lines. I don’t know who is responsible for these god awful parking space decisions but lots NEED wide parking spaces. You need a friggen can opener! Modern cars don’t fit between the lines anymore and engineers need to consider quality vs quantity.

Cashier, Melissa V, was rude, unpleasant and had no customer service. How do you work with people and come off dry, unhappy, and passive. I had my stuff on the item I was planing to purchase and she just pulled it, like you see me getting my stuff together, you need to be patient, respectful, and wait for the customer to give you their items and not pull it from them. It felt passive aggressive and she really needs training in customer service or maybe work where you are not interacting with customers - How do managers hire people like this. Customer service shouldn't be that hard to deliver on - such an unpleasant experience. In addition to their lack of customer service, they make returns very hard and do shady business by saying things like the item is not in their system or won't return items if purchased from another store. I came last week to do a return that was a few years old and had a receipt and they would not honor, which is ridiculous because I've returned items before (with a receipt) that was a few years old and never had an issu4. It was an older lady with a mask that wouldn't do it and was unable to explain why or show the policy that they do not take returns with a receipt after a certain amount of years. Service here has been horrible lately and their practices seem very unethical and should be looked into. Also, The policy without the receipt states the following: Without Receipt: Merchandise credit only, requiring a valid government-issued photo ID (name, address, signature provided). I followed what is being asked and they disregarded and do not follow their own policies and practices.
