I had such a wonderful experience at the Fremont Surgery Center from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, the woman at check-in was warm and welcoming, and every nurse I interacted with was attentive and kind. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but each person made me feel genuinely cared for. I had carpal tunnel surgery, and the entire team made me feel comfortable and well looked after — almost like a VIP experience. Dr. Kim is fantastic; I really appreciate his calm, reassuring manner. He even played Hawaiian music in the OR, which made the whole experience feel surprisingly relaxed and human. You really can’t beat that level of care. I’m very grateful for how smooth and pleasant everything was.

What a lovely surgical center. The nurses who got my ready were the kindest and caring. My anesthesiologist is so amazing! He called the night before to explain exactly what he will do step by step. The day of surgery he was so kind and caring and this is my second time having him. The OR team were amazing as well. My ENT Dr. Richard Wright also an amazing doctor who cares and explained everything to me. And my post op nurse John took care of me during recovery and really cares! Thank you team!!!

Visited last week for a colonoscopy and all the people who I encountered before, during, and after, were very pleasant and caring, and the facilities seemed ideal. After the discomfort prior to the visit, it was very much appreciated to be treated so nicely.

It's been two weeks since my first ever surgery, and I remain deeply grateful for the exceptional care I received at Surgery Center Fremont. Every staff member contributed to a truly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff made check-in smooth and welcoming. The nursing assistant and pre-op nurses treated me with genuine empathy and warmth--especially nurse Kathleen, with whom i spent more time with. The surgical team was outstanding. My anesthesiologist helped me feel completely at ease, creating a calm and reassuring environment before the procedure. And of course, to my surgeon, Dr. Ruwan Kiringoda whose expertise, professionalism, and heartfelt care truly left a lasting impression. Although i was groggy and unable to fully engage with the PACU nurses after surgery, I could still feel their patience and kindness throughout my recovery. To everyone involved in my care -- even those whose names I may not know --- I carry a deep appreciation. Your dedication, compassion, and skill made all the difference.

I have been a PAMF patient since 1990. I had a colonoscopy at the Fremont Surgery Center. I am a wheelchair user. I found the gurney to be inaccessible. The gurney did not lower to a level that allowed me to transfer from my chair to the gurney. Apparently I was expected to levatate from my wheelchair to the gurney. The ADA has been in place for over 30 years. There is NO excuse for a medical facility to not be ADA compliant!! This review is specifically for my experience at the Surgery Center.
