The person that cut our hair seens like she was in a big hurry to get my boy and my hair done. She cut way more than what I had asked her to do. I didnt make a big deal thoe because is hair and our hair will grow back but I'm simply not going back there ever again. I totally leave with the vibes they just cut for the money zero passion or effort to satisfy the clients.

Please don’t go if you want to have any other style than with the most basic trimmed side with small hair all over. My hair stylist started crying for first second that how much hair I had on my head. I said I don’t want them super small then started complaining and judging me by saying everyone Fremont wants small Har you must not be from here. Didn’t like the attitude didn’t like the cut. Super lazy to do anything she was happy that after literally 4 mins she could say done and then when I asked her to check a few spots where the hair were long, then best thing is just use the thinning scissors 2 times and say done again. Super lazy and uninterested I don’t know the name of my stylist but be careful.

Jenny is really good. She understands a customer needs and do her best. Very good service. Just one thing I feel that Supercuts need to hire more expertise on weekends. So the waiting time will be reduced for customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at Supercuts. My haircut was done in a very unprofessional way, and the results were not what I asked for at all. The service felt rushed, and the stylist did not pay attention to detail. I do not recommend this location based on my experience.

Loved my stylist I wish I wouldve gotten her name but it was a very friendly asian lady and she made my first time there absolutely wonderful, had to give her a tip. Would definitely recommend and go again!
