I have been a loyal customer of this Super Star Car Wash location for many years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly. Most recently, I paid $75 for a hand wash on my Cybertruck and was disappointed with the results. The dashboard was not fully wiped down, areas of the interior were not properly vacuumed, the rear window was left dirty, and fingerprints remained on the interior glass roof. These are details that were consistently addressed in the past and are part of the level of service I have come to expect. This is not an isolated incident. Over time, I have noticed a steady decline in attention to detail and overall customer service at this location. Whether this is due to changes in management or leadership, the experience is no longer worth the price. As a result, I will no longer be returning to this location. For anyone looking for a quality car wash in Fremont, I highly recommend Autopia Car Wash on Dusterberry Way. Their staff is professional, friendly, thorough, and consistently delivers excellent service without needing reminders. The difference in customer experience is noticeable, and they have earned my business going forward.

It’s my 1st visit here. Took top type was with ceramic coating, preferred lavender scent. don’t know what they did. Felt it’s just exterior car wash & normal vacuum. Not worth for $52+

I paid 150.00 plus 10.00 tip for detailing my car yesterday 4May2026, they returned my car still dirty inside, the carpets are not completely cleaned, I called their attention, they took the car for vacuum cleaning again, after line 2 minutes they returned the car to me and still found fragments on the carpet. I also noticed that it was not hand wax. Hand wax is included on the price but nothing has been done. This is terrible service for a 150.00 dollar car detailing. Not going back, I wanted a refund but there is a note, no refund for car wash. I tell you 150.00 dollars for that kind of terrible service is a scam.

I had a full carwash in just an hour! The inside of my car is cream color and it was dirty. There was no trace of the stain left after washing. I will definitely visit them again in the future.
