This is going to be a long review, but it’s worth a read if you have chosen or want to choose Suman as your Realtor. As a first time home buyer, we were trying to look for a starting point in our search and after a quick search online I found Suman’s profile. Then we decided to give her a call and never looked back after that. Right from the first call, Suman was very knowledgeable and laid out all the steps involved in home buying. Once she understood our requirements (price/location/floor plan etc), she quickly started sharing the houses that matched our requirements. She even suggested us a lending agent and advised us on getting the pre-approval process done before we start visiting houses. Even before looking at the home inspection report, she would spot issues in a house and would advise us whether to go ahead or not with the offer. One thing that is so special about Suman, despite her busy schedule, when our kid fell sick and we couldn’t visit a house, she FaceTimed with us and showed us every room in detail. It was a pleasure working with her and we would definitely recommend her. Thank you Suman for helping us buy our dream HOME!!!

Suman was introduced to us by our relocation company for our move to the Bay Area from out of state as a result of a job change. We setup an introductory call to discuss with Suman what we were looking for. We immediately got a sense that Suman was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the east bay area. Since we were planning to undertake just a couple of weekend trips from out of state and the market was on a hot streak, we had to be in constant communication with Suman who was responsive to our inquiries. We were set-up on the information portal that alerted when a house that matched our requirements was listed (either for sale or coming to market soon) and whenever there was a status change. This helped us narrow down the homes that we were interested in seeing during our weekend trips. Suman made sure that either she or someone on her team was able to show us the home. We were looking at homes in Fremont, Castro Valley, San Ramon, Danville and Pleasanton and Suman had a good pulse on the market which was helpful to us as she mapped a strategy to effectively use our time and look at as many homes as possible. She also recommended a good mortgage consultant that worked with us expeditiously in getting our loan underwritten. Overall, we are very satisfied that we were able to work with Suman and close on a home that fit our needs and recommend her as your realtor if you are looking for a house in the Bay area.
