If I could give 10 stars, I would! Sudie was our buyer’s agent and helped us purchase our first home - and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and empathetic. From our very first no-pressure consultation, we felt we could trust her. Instead of pushing us to buy, she patiently answered every question and gave honest insights - even pointing out potential issues with houses rather than overselling them. Sudie was always available for private showings, even multiple visits to the same property. She never rushed or pressured us and made us feel fully supported. She also taught us how to read disclosure documents, understand offer contracts, and think through budgeting for repairs - especially important for older homes. Sudie empowered us every step of the way. If you're looking for someone truly on your side, we cannot recommend Sudie enough!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Where do I even start… Before working with Sudie Hsu, I listed my home with another agent who was terrible in every way—condescending, rude, dishonest, and kept me completely out of the loop with interested buyers. The experience was so awful that I lost faith in the real estate community and nearly decided to sell my home myself, even if it meant making less money. But I knew Sudie personally and took a leap of faith. She more than delivered. Sudie was honest, professional, detail-oriented, and her communication was flawless. She treated the sale of my humble mobile home as if it were a multimillion-dollar property. Our real estate agent had to attend to a family emergency overseas and asked Sudie to be the co-listing agent for the sale of our property. When we first met Sudie we were struck by her beautiful energies, warmth, and positive vibes. We trusted her immediately and knew she was the right person for the job. Since we lived hundreds of miles from the property, Sudie worked tirelessly to make sure our home was ready for Open House. The weather was stormy and rainy, yet at least 100 people came on the first day of Open House. Twelve days later we signed the purchase/sale agreement, and escrow closed five weeks later. During this time Sudie worked hard to move the process forward. We were so impressed with Sudie's people skills, negotiation skills, expertise, the way she handled delicate situations, and her passion for what she does. The whole time Sudie looked out for our best interests and we felt very cared for. We are so grateful Sudie was a part of this experience. She made this very complex transaction feel easy and effortless, especially during a time when the real estate market and economy were not doing well. (Our house was sold in February 2023.) We were VERY happy with the outcome. We HIGHLY recommend Sudie for anyone who is looking for a real estate agent. You will be SO VERY happy you have chosen her!!!!

Sudie lives and breathes the real estate business! She's a passionate and an amazing go-getter whose mission is customer success! Lovely personality and charisma, equipped with all the knowledge, experience and drive needed for smooth transactions in the business. Highly recommend her services to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy agent! My husband and I met Sudie years ago through a friend's referral and she helped us buy our first home. Just as in the very first buying experience, as well as in the subsequent selling of the same home we purchased 8 years later, Sudie had been with us every step of the way. Her communication skills are top notch, proactively informing us and guiding us through all that we needed to know about the process, disclosure wise, property wise you name it. Sudie was super involved in all aspects of the sale of our home as well. She has an eye for what looks pleasing and appealing when preparing the home for sale. We greatly appreciated her advice with some of the pre-sale home improvements, even when we were a bit reluctant to spend more at first, we could clearly see the impact afterwards. Listen to her, she knows what she's doing! :) This process of buying and selling can be stressful enough, and having an ally such as Sudie by our side made it all so much better!
