After having the worst customer service of my life at the Milpitas location, I foolishly decided to give this chain another shot at their Fremont location. I actually enjoy the food in the past, so I hoped a different team would mean a different experience. I brought a guest with me, hoping for a nice meal since the shop was empty when we arrived. I was wrong. When we walked in, the place was deserted. There were no other customers, which should have meant immediate service. Instead, we stood there in an empty restaurant for a solid 5~10 minutes. No staff. No greeting. Nothing. I stood there wondering if the employee was just in the restroom, but nobody ever showed up. I even recorded a video of the empty shop because it was so unbelievable. It was incredibly embarrassing to have brought a guest to a place that literally wouldn't serve us. We finally gave up and walked out. As we were getting into our car, someone (possibly the owner or an employee) finally appeared—walking out of a different shop nearby. They asked if I "needed something." When I told them we were leaving to go elsewhere, they simply said, "Ok." There was no apology. No "Sorry, I stepped away for a moment." No attempt to keep us as customers. Just complete indifference. It is now clear to me that this isn't just a problem with one location; this entire pizza chain is poorly managed. To leave a shop unattended while you hang out next door is unprofessional. To offer zero apology when you lose a customer is arrogance. I am done with this chain forever. Save yourself the time and go somewhere that actually wants your business.

Got a lunch special. $15.99 for a can of soda and a small 2 topping. The pizza was decent. I got mushroom and black olives. I have to say I liked the crispy crust but the sauce was a bit too heavy for my liking. Took a bit of time to come out but I guess that's because they had 4 pizzas to make. It's touted as California style pizza so being from the East Coast maybe it's just a change. Ate there with 3 other people and we all said it was "ok". So neither good nor bad. Kind of a smaller place. Bathroom was "out of order" according to the sign. I thought it might be related to the anime but was disappointed it wasn't lol

I was completely misled! I ordered two customized pizzas on Uber Eats, but when I opened the boxes, all I saw were plain cheese pizzas with no toppings at all. When I asked the staff, they told me “toppings require an extra charge before we add them.” Then why does the Uber Eats menu show the toppings as included? That’s basically deception! I’m honestly glad I ordered through Uber Eats, because at least I can request a refund. What a dishonest seller. And to make things worse, the app showed my order as “completed,” yet I still had to wait 20 minutes at the store before they actually gave me my food. Truly disgraceful behavior from this store.

Wanted to try this place a few times before giving a review. This place was clean with great customer service and the food was consistent with taste each time. Ordered pizza, breadsticks and potato wedges. Pizza was juicy and flavorful. The breadsticks and wedges were a nice savory addition. Overall food was delicious and fulfilling. Will definitely be back!

I usually go there for food . Last time I thought I should post a review but As a business person I thought sometime people could have their personal problems .Food is ok and I ordered chicken wings and Garlic bread . but customer service is so bad . Man was at front desk was so rude . He behaves like customer want free food . If customers are paying you then They also want good customer service from you . Even before girl’s customer service was Good than that guy .
