When I was 18 I had a terrible experience at the dentist who did a lot of work I didn't sign off on. Looking back now, I realize he was doing that to continually bill my insurance and because of it I had a tough time finding a dentist I truly trusted for a very long time. However when I found Dr. Fong, the first thing he did was to build that trust in our patient/doctor relationship. You can tell that Dr. Fong truly cares about his patients and the stuff that is currently going on in the dental industry today between dentists and the insurance companies. I highly recommend Dr. Fong as a dentist because not only is he a great dentist, he's an overall great person.

Dr. Frank Liu is a very nice dentist . He well explained my cases and made good recommendations. He fixed my teeth problem and provided great service. Thanks for Dr. Liu. The people working in the office are very friendly.

I am glad to have Doctor Fong be my dentist. I have been seeing Doctor Fong for more than ten years. Doctor Fong really care about his patients and his dental skill is very very good. He explains to us the procedures and the result of the treatment every time I also learn a lot from Doctor Fong😃

A fairly large piece of an upper molar chipped off while I was chewing on peanuts. Dr. Fong put in a temporary silver/tin alloy crown, then two weeks later put in the permanent crown. The first session took about an hour, and the follow up session for the permanent crown took 30 minutes. It was all painless (Dr. Fong administered a local anesthetic for the first session, but I didn't need one for the second.). I'm 73-years old, and this was my first crown. Dr. Fong patiently explained each step of the process as he proceeded. Dr. Fong worked very well with his Dental Assistant (Yolanda). All in all, this was a fairly pleasant and non-invasive experience.

I have been going to this office for many years, and Dr. Fong has been an awesome dentist. I wish there had been better communication when the office first switched me over to Dr. Liu. He is also quite pleasant, but not the same and I was surprised initially to be at my regular dentist’s office but seeing someone new. I wouldn’t have normally thought to leave a google review but I got a text after my last visit with a link requesting feedback, and I have had some thoughts: The office has limited days open, which does make it harder to schedule around. The original hygienists that I’ve been used to seeing also have reduced hours now, and there isn’t as much transparency as there used to be regarding who will be doing your cleaning when you make the appointment. The assistants who do the Xrays have high turnover, and it seems to be a new person each time. The last one in particular was not very friendly, and I was the one who initiated greetings and asked how their day was since they didn’t seem very interested in being there. When they put the X ray body shield drape on me, they didn’t attach the Velcro sides together, and Velcroed my sweater instead. I cringed internally with horror when they pealed it off, as I knew my sweater was damaged. When I pointed it out, the assistant offered to trim it for me, but I didn’t wish this person to now come at me with a blade, since didn’t seem that careful with her handiwork. I’ve since been unable to fix the material. I’ve also had a huge problem trying to get x rays from this office emailed to me, as the previous assistant from May this year insisted they were emailed and it would just take time. I asked for it to be sent to a second email address just in case, and it never arrived. Both junk folders checked too. I have really liked this office in general, but uncertain of its future with the change in staff.
