Just closed a property buying with stephen as my agent last month, he did such an excellent job coordinating, even if I had not met him or the seller, I had zero doubt when signing in the final contract. Stephen is knowledgable, detailed and patient in his work, he always response questions within minutes, even late night, where I almost feel sorry to be the one who was asking. he listens carefully and understand my concern and requests, drive both party to acceptable solutions honestly. He is so organized and pack up all the documents and communications for me conveniently. I cannot recommend this guy more, a very trustworthy agent, and nice man, let him help u out, nothing to worry on your side.

Stephen has been my one and only representing agent since I landed. He represented us selling our first house and also helped us buy our second one at the same time. Everything was moving forward smoothly and Stephen was there to provide professional advices on any issue. There is no doubt for us to ask him to represent us again when we were selling our second house and also buying our third one. He is not pushy, not like any other agents, and always put your interest first over his. You will not regret having him as your agent!

My wife and I met Stephen when we were checking out an open house in Fremont. Stephen was polite and spent time to introduce the house patiently. Although we did not buy that house, we ended up using Stephen to buy our new home and to sell the one that we had. This is 2nd time moving within 10 years. We called Stephen again. This time it took more than 3 months to sell the house due to slow market. But Stephen spent every weekends to do the open-house and we finally sold it with our asking price. Stephen was very helpful giving us all the advice throughout the process. I cannot imagine the hassles I had to deal with without him!

We started to work with Stephan quite early, since November 2021. The real estate market in 2021 was - if I am allowed to use Greenspan’s famous quote – in an “irrational exuberance” state. Before we were so lucky to find Stephan, we called numerous real estate agents. Most of them did not bother to answer our calls or to reply our voice mails. Some of them were so nice, they started to educate us that the market was so hot, most of the trains had left the station, only a few were preparing to leave. If not jumping in swiftly, we would lose the opportunity forever, etc., etc. We started to listen to these professionals, but to our dismay, the price to value ratio was really so unreasonable, it was impossible for us to find anything we were dare to consider an offer. Then we met Stephan. Since then Stephan has been giving us a lot of professional advices and suggestions. His subject matter expertise in real estate market, in combination with his hands-on experience, has helped us so extensively, enabling us to understand the market trends and trade-off in various areas. We have started to work with Stephan to look for houses since November of 2021. In almost one and half years, we have found numerous houses, asked Stephan many times for disclosures, and visited various open houses and private tours. With Stephan’s help, we also presented several offers. But many of them were out-bitten by other buyers. Fortunately, with Stephan’s and our diligence and hard work, finally we found a house we really like, and the offer was accepted.
