I travel from Alameda To Niles to go to Stela's Salon! All the stylists are awesome, but my go to gal is Katie. She's been my girl for over ten years and I wouldn't trust my nearly waist length hair to anyone else. Her highlighting skill and cut is beyond good. Plus she has become a dear and trusted friend whose wisdom and care for me goes beyond the best. Stela and all the other gals are equally talented and so much fun. The shop is always buzzing with activity and they make you feel like a queen from the moment you walk through the door. Lots of men go as well for a great grooming experience. Stela loves every holiday and you'll always know what month it is from her enthusiastic decor and atmosphere. Please do not hesitate to book an appointment to have the beautiful experience. I know you won't want to go anywhere else! 💋

Sabrina is the best. I was looking for someone professional to do a full highlight for me. And I could not trust anyone except Sabrina. She took her time and literally worked 7hrs on my hair. She is definitely someone who I can trust and will definitely go back. She is worth every penny. I recommend this place and her 100%.

Kelli is a wonderful stylist. She listens and makes sure she understands what you are looking for. She is personable and friendly, gets you in and out in good time. I also appreciate that she texts me to remind me about my appointments.

I was introduced to Stela's Hair Salon through a local ad from a stylist needing to practice various types of haircuts. Stela of course carefully oversaw the haircut and provided tips and instructions to that stylist. I walked out with a haircut that was long overdue, and was exceptionally good! I'm definitely going back for my future cutting needs! Edit: I've returned a little over a month later and received a 2nd haircut. I am still happy. The staff there are very friendly and do take their time to make sure you are happy. I do recommend calling ahead for an appointment however as they are very popular and walk-ins are difficult to get. Second Edit: I've had my third haircut now and Stela did it this time. I am still very pleased! What you need to keep in mind however is that they are cash only. They are not equipped to take credit cards. So make sure you bring enough cash with you to cover the cost of your work, plus a good tip!

Stella's is still an awesome salon to get a haircut. It's clean, friendly, and in a great location...old town Niles where once Charlie Caplain worked. March 29 2023
