I was traveling and stopped by this Starbucks, the lady who took my order was not paying attention and writing on sticky notes, so by the time she put it into the system she completely got my order wrong. Before I realized, I was already driving off so I couldn’t exchange it. Not friendly and not welcoming atmosphere. Probably the worst experience I’ve had at any Starbucks.

Poorly made drink and tastes horrible. The coffee cup smells of perfume. 😁. I'm not sure what kind of beans or milk has been used. The attached picture is supposed to be a tall cappuccino. 🤷

I ordered Caramel ribbon crunch but got something with Mocha cookies, which I only found out after tasting. Luckily, it didn’t have any allergens I am allergic to but the least I expected was to be informed. On top of this, the person who took my order was very rude and disrespectful.

I was waited on by two friendly Baristas Chelsea and Val. They explained how the reusable drinks worked. I bought the cup and got the reusable cup filled with my favorite tea. I got a refill for free.. The next day Chelsey and Val greeted me with my name as I entered. I didn’t think they would remember me!!! I got my favorite I tea the next day both off them were there Again giving me my favorite tea. These two girls Val and Chelsea are Rockstar’s in my book.

I ordered a hot vanilla Latte. It was made poorly made and taste disgusting. It's taste heavy and oily the girl probably used the wrong type of milk. It taste more like half and half milk. I do not smell or taste the coffee in it. Didn't have the foam in the latte. It feels like the wrong milk was warmed up and vanilla syrup was added to the the milk. I need a refund! Starbucks please reach out!
