I come here every morning and my drink is normally to the top. This is a venti and I get this drink every morning with lite ice. I ask the barista can she add more drink in here and asked why it’s so low. This is the second time and second day in a row this particular barista did this. She is Asian with black hair and I got drink around 9am just to add a description as I didn’t get to look at her name tag. She stated it’s because I ask for lite ice but I told her the drink is way below the brim. She offered to add more ice but adding more ice will water the drink down that’s why I got lite ice. This was a mobile order so it sat for a few minutes. I told her my drink is filled everyday with no problems and she said my only option was just adding more ice. I said so I should’ve just got gotten a grande because that what you gave me in a VENTI CUP. She said well yeah you can do that next time. I just left. I never complained about a barista but I feel like she did it on purpose and I will no longer come here. The prices of drinks steady going up so we should get what we pay for not petty drinks like this!

I like the vibe here. The baristas are nice and care about their customers. There was one time I was working for a while and just finished my coffee, one of the staffs came to me and asked me do I need the coffee refill. I never thought and asked about this, but they are really generous to offer it. Overall, it is one of my favorite cafes in Bay Area.

Witnessed horrible treatment of door dash driver. He was picking up order and the barista treated him like trash. Horrible customer service. Never coming back to this location. Need to train them on customer service skills.

My favourite Starbucks cafe in California! Lovely baristas, great service, and delicious coffee. Lots of parking available. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating available. No drive-thru.

My go to Starbucks when my fiance goes to get a facial nearby. Plenty of seats on a Sunday if you want to hack on some work. There are usually a couple of groups around chatting. There's also outdoor seating if it ever gets busy. Parking is not a problem in this shopping center. In all, a good Starbucks that covers the to-go use case as well as the I want to hang out for a few hours use case.
