Extremely clean and spacious with drive through and I absolutely love this Starbucks. No wonder why it is always busy when I have been there.

I happened to be in town. I searched up the nearest Starbucks and this was it. I placed a mobile order and was pleasantly surprised at the service and cleanliness of this location. Staff was friendly and my drink was correct and delicious. If I find myself nearby again I will definitely revisit.

My sister and I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. The cashier (a middle-aged Asian woman with gray hair) was noticeably impatient with us from the beginning. When we ordered two iced Americanos (grande), she kept interrupting to ask for the size again in an irritated tone. While we were ordering another drink, she abruptly said, “Tell me the size first,” with clear impatience. Her facial expressions and tone made us feel unwelcome. What stood out most was that she appeared much more patient and friendly with other customers, especially white customers, but treated us with noticeably less courtesy. I have never experienced this kind of attitude at other Starbucks locations. It left us feeling uncomfortable and honestly questioning whether we were being treated differently. On top of that, even though I ordered using my Starbucks app (which displays my correct name), she still misspelled it. We simply expect the same level of professionalism and respect given to every customer. Very disappointing experience.

Happy to say that even though my order was wrong and it took a minute to come out I was able to simply ask Chelsea to remake my order. She was happy to make it right and even handed the drink to me after making it. Very happy with the experience here. I understand mistakes can happen especially when it’s crowded and there are many orders to fulfill but the workers at this location will take accountability and make things right. 5 stars
