I used to go to this location every day before work but then I stop for 2 months today my first time going back and I love everything in there all the staffs are smiling happy and so active. I always happy to go in there and I hope you guys come read the reviews you guys the best!

First time at this Starbucks and the experience wasn’t great. I asked for 3 tea bags and was charged for them, but I only received 2 ... and one of those two was broken. When I first sipped my Medicine Ball, the spices and loose tea leaves were clogging the lid’s sipping hole. There is absolutely no way the person making the drink could have missed that. I’m sure they noticed and just handed it off anyway. When I got to my car, I realized the taste was off, checked the drink, and confirmed that the tea bag had popped open inside. Definitely disappointing for a first visit. This is what i get for cheating on my home starbucks!

I don't come to the Starbucks as much as I do the others in town but when I do I have no complaints, the staff is always friendly and my coffee is always delicious 😋 I ordered the Americano and the Spinach feta wrap. I like how they label their different teas and coffees.

The staff are passive aggressive. Rude. No more negativity neeeded for the world. You better improve your attitude or the shop is going bankrupt just like the grocery store next-door.

I used to go this place when I was in Fremont. The staffs are friendly, and there is a good vibe. A nice place to read and work.
