there was this white lady that kept telling me that I was getting confused I couldn’t understand her. I clearly did and she was making unreasonable requests from me and I was answering every single one of her question and she just kept on slapping me with the do you understand what I’m saying in a very offensive way as if she was trying to imply that I don’t understand English just because I’m brown I come from India I’m brown, but I was raised here and my English is perfectly fine and it was very offensive that someone would do that to me. She could not help me at all. She refused to help me multiple times until I showed her that she is wrong and she was giving me an attitude while helping me out and ran away the very moment she finished her thing I was not rude to her in anyway I did not raise my voice. I was super calm, trying to be as cooperative as I can be, and she was just trying to brush me off, trying to imply that I cannot understand English, which is very offensive.

Jennifer in the photo department is amazing! That girl needs a raise! She helped me figure out a quick solution albeit the store being so busy and helped me create an insert I needed for cards that I didn’t know how to create. The service was fast and friendly! Thank you Jennifer!

My name is Muddam. I gave a 10/10 rating because I urgently needed labels for an order. I had to deliver the product to my customer with my own branding. I placed the order online through the Express option, even though the estimated pickup time was shown as 2 PM. Still, I went ahead with it. To my surprise, the order was ready within just an hour.
