⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could rate this place 10,000/10, I absolutely would! Viviana, Grace, Jenifer, and everyone who works on the printing department, do an amazing job. I've never had a bad experience with them. Whenever I submit my designs, if they notice anything that needs clarification, they always take the time to call me and make sure everything is exactly how I want it before printing. Their attention to detail, quality of work, and turnaround time are outstanding. Every time I come in, I feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. I know that if I ever have any questions or concerns about a product, they've got my back. Their patience is incredible, my sincere respect to all of them because, honestly, there are some customers that I have no idea how they manage to put up with! 😂 I don't think there are enough words to express how grateful I am for everything they do. They truly are an amazing team, and they deserve all the recognition for their hard work. Give them a raise! They absolutely deserve it.

Very disappointing experience. I went in to print business cards and was asked to come back 5 different times with different excuses each time: they said the email never arrived, the format was wrong, the design had issues, and many other reasons. In the end, I decided to do it myself and had absolutely no problem using the exact same file, image, and size. Grace was helping me on May 6 around 1 PM. I understand employees can be busy, but that is not an excuse for poor customer service and constant excuses instead of trying to help. This is not the first time we have used this service. We had already printed the same business cards before and only needed more copies. This time the customer service was very poor and it honestly felt like there was no intention to help or solve the issue professionally.

I wanted to leave Victor a five star review directly on the staples site but my receipt didn't have the linkin leaving it here! Shout out to Victor at the Fremont staples. I watched him handle a very different customer very polite and professionally. Once complete, he assisted me in the exact same manner. Thanks Victor!

Viviana at Fremont hub store was my hero in early December. Traveling locally, visiting prospects in December, I ran out of marketing materials. I ordered my postcards from Fremont hub store through next day online ordering. They were guaranteed by 8pm, I needed them by noon. I came into the store to make the request however they were stacked with online orders. Viviana understood the urgency and made sure I had them by noon. I appreciated her so much. Thank you Viviana!
