This place sucks in customer service. It’s a shame we are tied to the Stanford network otherwise we would choose something else. There is a nurse who is always rude and will act as if she is paying you to come into the clinic and not the other way around. For the clinic it is perfectly okay to make you wait for 20+minutes but they will cancel your appointment if you are 10 minutes late. We have waited for 25 minutes during one of our appointments when the doctors were runing late. This is everything we expect a clinic not to be.

This is a pathetic and rudest pediatric hospital I have ever taken my child too. They send tiny sick kids with 104 fever back home just because their parents were late 5 min late. The sick patients are supposed to be attended first but instead they expect us to come and call and wait to get checked in, whereas normal patient are just supposed to ring a bell. My kid was sent back beca I followed their rule to call if you sick, they made me sit outside the hospital with a sick kid for 5 hours just to see the doctor. And yes I called in early morning to book the sick patient slot.

The worst place for kids the stuff is rude don’t know how to be with kids . Very demanding no smile and she told me not to complain abut my kids . Save ur self sometime don’t go here ..
