Fun to wander around, but their pricing is way too high!!! Some 🎶 might lighten up the place! I understand overhead & this being a charitable organization, but whoever is in charge of pricing is clueless selling used merchandise. Management needs to tour ((Savers & Hope Thrift)) to see how proper pricing is done. The purpose is to sell used items, not price so high it stays on the shelves for a long time or benefit those with small financial means. A used old beat up basic picture frame shouldn't cost $15 bucks... ridiculous when I can buy a new one in better shape & nicer! None of the employees were engaging in regards to if St.Vincent de Paul offers senior discount days or tag discounts. I'm hoping they can do better!

*NEW HOURS AS OF OCT. 2025* *Tues. - Sat.: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM *Sun-Mon: CLOSED Tried to get the official hours approved through Google but no luck! -- Review: Good for knick-knacks, but prepare to pay 2-4x the price of what a "regular" thrift store would charge! There's been many times I've picked something up, in very rough condition, that still had the original price tag on it ... And this store charges the same! I still like going here though mostly to look around. It's just not good if you're poor. Bonuses: lots of durable medical equipment, and changing rooms (non-accessible though).

I've been shopping here for over 10 years, but my recent visit was disappointing. The new layout removed a lot of merchandise and left a huge empty space in the store. As a customer, the store now feels empty and less inviting to shop in. Part of the fun of coming here was browsing a large selection of items, but now it seems like there is much less merchandise available. I hope management will reconsider the layout and make better use of the space.

I think the store has a lot to be desired. First, I often donate here. I noticed they basically place the donated items on the truck and I assume the items will be driven away from Fremont. I think the donated items should be sold at the Fremont store to serve the local people. Also, the management should work on designing the usage of the space better, use the local donation to expand the clothing section, and get the store better organized. Another point, they do not open on Sundays when most people finally get some time to shop. They could have choose to take other days off. The management should visit better stores to improve the quality of their service.

I didn’t find anything I liked but this place is legit. Spacious and they have a lot of stuff. Prices seem fair, items in decent shape. Edit: The prices are much higher now and the shelves were pretty empty. I noticed that they are writing their prices directly on the items with sharpie which was a bummer. There were a couple items I wanted but I already felt the pricing was a little high the permanent marker to reduces the value further so I didn’t purchase anything. I found a used .99 cent candle for $2 and many picture frames with photos of the original owners still inside. I won’t be coming back.
