Very nice church, great community. Been going for a year. Very welcoming. LGBTQ friendly. The older small chapel is used for the 8 am services and the larger for 10:30 am. Music accompanies both services. There's a reception with snacks and coffee after each service and is a wonderful way to get to know everyone.

St. James' became my spiritual home more than a year ago—and I haven't looked back since. As a twenty-year-old, queer, Filipino, and former Catholic, it's hard to find a religious community that affirms my identity. Yet, St. James' is here—and will continue to be here for those like me: people who desire to encounter God but come from troubled religious upbringings, who seek community and strive to embody love and justice in our world. St. James' truly lives up to the Episcopal Church's motto: The Episcopal Church Welcomes You.

I just recently started attending Sunday morning services and I absolutely love Rev Lori and all the members always make my boyfriend And I feel welcomed and at home each time we attend. Everyone always hv open arms.

St. James is the warmest most diverse Episcopal church I’ve ever been to. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was with family. People are really genuine and love each other. They welcome everyone and when I say everyone I mean it no judgement. Lori is amazing and I love her so much. Thank you to my new family almost four years later. Lv kimberly they also have an amazing children’s and teen program run by the most loving personJan.

Saint James is a friendly and welcoming parish. They regularly prove that they have great compassion for the marginalized and outcast. As a queer woman, I have felt nothing but love and welcome for me and my fiancee. I live calling Saint James my church home.
