At first, I was hesitant to go to this dry cleaners because of SO many reviews of the staff being downright mean and disrespectful. I tried this place one time and OMG!!! The rudest person I have ever met in 25 years!!! It’s a man, middle aged. Just downright mean and seems to hate his life because he takes it out on others. Please DO NOT trust this man with your clothes unless you want to leave with a verbal whipping for no reason. So disrespectful!!! There are so many other places in Fremont to get your dry cleaning done and much better customer service!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

The rudest place I have ever been to. If you encounter a man with glasses, turn around and run. Worst human being ever. So many other places to get my dry cleaning done. Run run run! No sense of customer service whatsoever! Zero stars if I could!

I have been bringing all things needing dry cleaning, alterations, laundry, and pressing. The owners are warm and compassionate, and their services are stellar. It's awesome to support this business, a small, family-owned business.

Thanks so much for going above and beyond on a rush job for my family when we had to quickly get my father's military uniform to the mortuary in a very short time. The dingy shirt and uniform which had sat in a closet for decades ended up sparkly clean after you finished with it! Your kindness and professionalism made our life easier during a difficult time. So much gratitude to you!!

I used this place for 2 years! After today I'll be taking my business somewhere better. Bought a brand be Express Performance shirt $70+, took it get pressed and I received back burnt. I took it back and told them that a brand new shirt is damaged he looked like at like I was an idiot and said " what do you want me to do?" Requested store credit not even full price! He then proceeded looking at me like I was an idiot. He said "okay you got credit" after how I was treated I turned that the credit down and asked that my account to be deleted.
