Boy am I disappointed in the Aligners. Pretty much Self Service Treatment. Taking pictures during check in, the photos always show being good and uploaded. Every time 1-2 days later it'll notify me new photos required. They never know what set of aligners you're on. If I'd known what I know now I would have never spent what I spent. I'm on my 5th set and really don't see any difference just a totally uncomfortable product to wear with 0 ZERO Customer Service or Support from Orthofx. Very unhappy 🙁..Ridiculous amount of money for this..

Expensive. The aligners are painful, like wearing a pair of shoes that are two sizes too small. For 20 hours a day. Taking the photos is next to impossible. My teeth were loose. I could move them with my fingers. It is taking MORE THAN TWICE as long as they said. Find some other company. Terrible experience. The first dentist was great. But he quit! DON’T DO IT!

Absolutely terrible company. Their product does not work at all and their customer service is non existent. Strongly recommend avoiding OrthoFX at all costs

Ongoing and Terrible experience with this company. My teeth are LOOSE as a result if their system. I had to see a periodontist from the problems caused by their trays. I was a patient. My teeth are moving after paying OrthoFX a lot of money to straighten them. They never provided a final retainer. They are unhelpful once they have your money. Go with a more reputable Aligners company. Ortho FX will be out if business very soon. Avoid this company at all costs & go with a more reputable company.

So to be clear I haven't started my aligner treatment. I am in the financing portion. The customer service directly with ortho FX has been good. However when looking at financing options through their partner I ended up in a really shady situation where the payment schedule I was sent was not aligned with the contract and had I not been paying attention I would have been set up to not meet the terms and be stuck with an almost 30% interest rate. Now when I contacted Ortho FX with my concerns they did attempt to solve why the payment schedule was different. But I declined working with that agency. So I can't say I directly blame Ortho effect but I would want other buyers to beware
