This company is a scam. They don't answer the phone. They will give you the runaround for months. If the lockers break down-- good luck on getting them fixed. They sent my complex 3 wrong sized tablets over the span of 2 months and it's STILL not fixed. They will lie and say they have a tech coming but there's always some random excuse why they don't show up or no excuse at all. They will even agree on a date and then cancel the tech from showing up without notifying you prior too. NOBODY SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. whatever you do don't use this company. The lockers often malfunction and the sensors will give false reads. God forbid the tablet stops working, you wont get a speedy resolution whatsoever. BUYERS BEWARE!

This company doesn’t know what it’s doing. The so-called smart locker is useless. The mobile apps are also very buggy and unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend their product, even if it were the last option available. Honestly, I can’t even wish you good luck if you buy it—because it will likely bring nothing but frustration. Their customer support is useless keep sending them message or call and they won't respond you so it means you are on your own once you buy from them.

Sadly, like many newer companies, it's all automated: No one to answer emails. No one to answer the phone. No one to answer questions. It's what people call "GENIUS" nowadays, or "BRILLIANT.'" You just might get hit in the face by one of their mailbox doors if you don't stand back upon use. The stuff of viral videos. Hating the entire experience. Good luck resolving the smallest of problems you may have with Smiota!

Amazing company and product!!! Really gives one on one attention. Customer service is ALWAYS available night or day! Really happy with this company and the support team! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for package management solutions this company is the way to go!
