Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind and welcoming. Although English is not my first language, they were very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. Their professionalism and compassion made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit.

They are extremely professional and helpful especially for the first time to make client feel comfortable in every possible way to feel supported. I can’t thank enough Regina how she navigated the process to ease the burden of insurance process. Outstanding team. Dr.Kaur is professional n knowledgeable in explaining what is expected in all the procedure. Thank you.

Why bother telling patients you’ll relay a message to the dentist if you don’t follow through? I had to call back myself because REGINA at the front desk never returned my call. She also forgot to order my prescription immediately after the dentist instructed her to, forcing me to walk back in. The dentist is decent and kind, but the front desk is careless and unprofessional. If everything has to go through REGINA, be cautious — follow-up is unreliable.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Smile 32 Family Dentistry of FREMONT, I scheduled an appointment three months ago and consistently followed up to ensure I would be seen in a timely manner, as I was experiencing significant pain and toothache. On the day of my appointment, I made the necessary arrangements to leave work and drove a considerable distance to the clinic, only to be informed that my appointment had been given to another patient who offered a higher payment $. The receptionist communicated this decision after consulting with the owner, who stated that they had the right to refuse service to anyone. I found the behavior of the owner and management to be rude and aggressive. Their prioritization of financial gain over ethical medical practices is concerning. I left the clinic feeling extremely disappointed and disheartened. I strongly advise others to avoid Smile 32 Family Dentistry in Fremont please.

Update: *came back to fix a filling, Regina took me in after hours and they did it with no extra charge. They even gave me a goodie bag! I love their services
