Simmtec dba MemoryMasters on eBay canceled my order stating they were out of stock after doubling the price 2 hours after my order was placed and waiting 4 days for additional sales at the new price. They have several listings for the same item going back a few months, most of which were last updated before my order was placed. None of these listings have been marked as out of stock. Their neutral/negative feedback history on eBay shows a clear pattern of them canceling unfavorable orders and jacking up prices. I attempted to contact the seller to remedy this situation without providing negative feedback or reporting the account, but unfortunately have received no further correspondence. This behavior portrays a seller that has no regard for their contractual obligation - behavior which threatens not only their own credibility, but that of any platform that hosts their business.

Extremely unprofessional. We are professional memory buyers and placed 14 orders over the last 6 months, only to discover that 12 out of 14 orders were cancelled without reason. This is a joke of a company. Avoid at all costs!

My production plant went down due to a servo controller that is now obsolete. I was able to get everything I needed to repair it and Chris did an awesome job of setting me up with the right parts. This will be my go to place for obsolete parts from now on.
