Came in for my ultrasound and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were courteous and kind. They had snacks kept for the patience which I felt was very thoughtful. Overall, highly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless patient experience.

I arrived early for my MRI appointment today and still ended up waiting over an extra hour before being seen. There was very little communication or respect for patients’ time throughout the process. If you truly need an MRI done in a timely and professional manner, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. This place seriously needs to improve how they manage scheduling and patient care.

FRONT DESK IS RUDE!!! First time I came they rescheduled due to “the machine not functioning” they called as I walked into the facility. THEN, during next appointment IM ASKED TO COMPLETE FORMS WHICH ARE PART OF A CLINICAL TRIAL which I had no idea about prior. Time goes by, now I’ve received a phone call back stating they need REDO imaging which took a very long time the first time around!!!! THEY ARE SNEAKY, FRONT DESK PERSONNEL IS RUDE, the techs were okay just sneaky to have some one complete an informed consent for clinical trial they are unaware of!!!!

I have aliol of my MRIS CT scans ultrasounds from NorCal imaging on their app where I can access pictures reports everything and it's so convenient being able to review and Save everything in one place from the last 20 years. Then they sent me to silicone imaging and I didn't know they don't have the same kind of app or website online and all I got was a CD I wish they would catch up and start doing things like NorCal. Getting reports from the radiologist is a big help..

Came in on a Thursday, came in early for my appointment. I was notified from the front desk staff that there would be a wait, which I was fine with as I had come in early. They had me wait 25 minutes longer than when my appointment was scheduled, no technician came out to update on the wait time, I went back out to the front desk to ask about the wait time, and the girl was super sweet and reassured me it would only be a little while longer, disappointed the techs didn’t come out themselves to inform me of the wait time.
