Tried the spicy miso tsukemen. it was actually a bit spicy not like other spicy miso where you barely taste the spice but there was also a bit of chili oil if that bothers some people. Food: Spicy miso ramen- Noodles- 6.5/10. Got the hot noodles they tasted whatevers kinda basic. Maybe I should have went with cold. Broth- 8/10. Very flavorful. Really liked it and liked the spice but didn't love coughing up chili oil. Marinated egg- 9/10. Solid good egg Grilled pork belly- 10/10. OMG so good I highly recommend adding this on. The char is so good on the meat and tho the meat is a slight thick cut, it's still very tender. Chashu Rice- 9/10. Bomb but could have better ratio of meat to rice. Overall, everything was generally delicious. Will be back next time maybe to try their original tsukemen or the ramen

Their "house" ramen was alright taste-wise, but for the price of $16 it was a little lacking since there was only 1 piece of meat. While it did include the usual half egg, I have been to places where the ramen had more value. Takoyaki and chicken karaage did taste good, about what you expect them to taste like.

Shugetsu is a new tsukumen noodle shop that recently came to Fremont Vibes give off very Japanese anime aesthetics and the servers are nice and helpful Abura soba was solid noodles with great flavor and had great chewy noodles The tsukumen was also solid and the sauce itself was a bit watery but still good enough to cling to the noodles Chicken karaage was unique and had great flavor as well Overall good vibes good food! Also checkout their bathroom vibes its interesting

Solid flavors with good pork belly. I think noodles were a little overcooked but still good. Prices are great considering you can get extra noodles and soup for no extra cost. Went at 11:35 and by 12pm most of the tables were filled. Plenty of parking outside even though the lot is shared with 2 other restaurants.

Shugetsu Ramen is a fantastic spot for a delicious Japanese meal. The atmosphere is inviting and has a cool vibe, with fun anime art and figures on display, and even a TV playing anime. The food is absolutely amazing. We started with some perfectly salted edamame and a delicious-looking appetizer with sliced bamboo and scallions. The main dish, tsukemen, was a true highlight. The dipping noodles were served separately from the rich and flavorful dipping broth, which was full of savory ingredients. The ramen eggs were cooked to perfection with a beautiful jammy yolk. Everything we had was fresh and incredibly tasty. I highly recommend Shugetsu Ramen for anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying dining experience. The decor adds to the overall great experience, making it a place I'd definitely visit again.
