I go here all the time and they usually do a great job with threading eyebrows. Not too friendly or nice but they get it done efficiently and well, which I appreciate. However, I got my upper lips waxed and broke out with several pimples the next day. (Doesn’t happen at other places.) Something to keep in mind if you are getting services done immediately before a big event.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Staff is very rude and unapologetic. They did waxing and eyebrows in haste and I had bleed cuts on my upper lips and eye brows. Not only that, even rashes in under arms. Inspite of all of this the staff kept saying these are minor cuts and do appreciate our service. They force people to pay tips as a compulsion. It’s not polite and optional if you have liked their service. They call you out in front of people and put you in an embarrassing situation to give tip. I went there 3 times over couple months giving a benefit of doubt but everytime I faced this and poor service. Will never go again.

Cut my friend's and my eyebrow and upper lip while threading, and the waxing was hurried and painful in a way I haven't experienced in years. They don't even regulate the temperature of the wax when you tell them it's too hot, so rough in the technique that my skin is red like never before, and then coax you into giving them a tip before the service is even over, even if it's terrible. On top of that the owner shouts out how much tip you've given to your staff in front of the entire salon (what even was that...) I regret tipping at all, it was an experience so awful and bizarre that it compelled me to write this review.

I went here first time based on a friend’s recommendation. Dilpreet did an excellent job. I went for threading and arm wax. Both were excellent and no redness.

I have been here multiple times but this review is specially for iqra, she made me very comfortable for waxing, very kind and did an amazing job for eyebrows and waxing as well.
