I got the bing (ice), would return again! - The ice quality is a little on the hard and chunky side but serviceable. + The toppings were delicious. Each topping was the exact right consistency, which is such an important part of the taste. + Fremont is more convenient to get to than Taipei. + Very nice staff, clean food court, and a surprisingly nice 99 Ranch that DOESN’T have horror movie fluorescent lighting??? Even if the ice isn’t perfectly shaved, what an absolute treat to have this so much closer to home than Taipei!

Good food for an afternoon snack with decent pricing in comparison. This whole plaza of Asian snack places inside this 99 ranch is awesome. I’ll be coming back here to try the other places!

Delicious fried taiwanese snacks! Just ordered the items they have pictures for! You can’t go wrong. My favorite was the fried king oyster mushrooms! We ordered from the boss who was very friendly and helpful. He recommended the popcorn chicken and the signature fried chicken thigh!

I'm a big fan of this eatery! I've consistently had delicious food and great service. The chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. Seasoning can also be adjusted from mild to spicy. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The drinks are also delicious. I particularly like the Lemon Ai-yu with Jelly. The tea egg and tofu sides served with the plates are also tasty. I just tried their new chicken pancake menu item, and it was fire! This place is truly addictive. Highly recommended!

The chichen meal is good. The desert and drinks are good too. One of my family member is a vegetarian. The store can customize the meal for vegetarians. The store managers are nice and experienced in doing business. I buy food from Shihlin every week. It's now one of my favorites in Fremont.
