​I visited this store after seeing a deal for a specific product on the website. I was looking to purchase five individual one-gallon paint cans for weekend projects. The salesperson quoted me over $400 for five individual gallons and $300 for a single five-gallon bucket. When I asked about the price difference, she initially said the bucket had a discount. ​After I showed her the deal on the website, she clarified that the $400+ price was before any discounts, while the $300 price for the bucket was the discounted price. It felt like she was trying to push me toward the five-gallon bucket rather than being transparent about pricing from the start. I recommend that customers thoroughly confirm prices before making a purchase. Updating my rating to 5 stars! The customer service team was outstanding - they listened to my concerns, understood the issue completely, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. Excellent service!

Excellent customer service. I believe the person who helped me was Jenny? Brought in a paint chip from our bathroom, she told me she had to custom color match and that it would take 30 minutes. Took 30 minutes as promised. Started painting and the match is pretty much 100%! The match is so good that I honestly could have just spot painted and you wouldn't be able to tell. Weeks prior, I went to a hardware store to get paint matched for our living, totally off. Never again will I do that.

I hate to give a bad review since the employees are very nice and helpful. I bought the Emerald and Duration lines for a bedroom and bathroom. The painters said it was very watery and poor quality paint. Emerald and Duration are supposed to be the top lines are SW. The painters advised me to go to a big box store instead and get from another brand.
