Shelly is the best there is. For us, it was an all inclusive experience which started when we were unsure of what property to buy, location, price range, school district etc. She masterfully guided us through the process to ensure that we shortlisted actually worked and then crafted every agreement with us. Not only did she help us with the buying process, she gave us guidance on move in projects and all her recommendations, including handyman, move in specialists were all life savers for us. She is incredible and we would strongly strongly recommend her

As first-timers, we had no idea what we were walking into, and Shelly was exactly the kind of agent we needed. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and her home recommendations were consistently on point. More importantly, she helped us think through what was worth negotiating hard for versus what we could reasonably tackle ourselves after closing. That kind of practical guidance is hard to find and made a huge difference in how we approached the whole process. Our sellers were not the easiest to work with, and she handled every interaction with professionalism and patience. We never felt like we were on our own navigating a difficult situation. What really set her apart, though, was the support she gave us well after closing. Most agents are on to the next deal the moment you get your keys, but she continued to show up for us. When we had questions about the home and needed information from the previous owners, she helped us get it. And when a more serious issue came up, she stepped in and helped us reach a resolution we wouldn’t have been able to get on our own. We cannot recommend her enough. If you want an agent who is genuinely invested in you and not just the transaction, look no further.

Shelly is amongst the best realtors around, especially when it comes to the tri-valley area! She’s extremely detail oriented, meticulous and super hard working. She guided us through the entire home buying process since we were first time home buyers. And just made us feel super comfortable, we went on numerous showings and not once did we feel pressured or rushed to close a deal. She’s really in it because she’s passionate about helping people find their homes! I’d also like to mention that my wife and I were pregnant with our first child at the same time and it was a breeze! Where Shelly is even better is during the actual offer process and closing. She didn’t pressure us to put more money than what we were comfortable with and worked with our budget. And during closing, the amount of paperwork she was able to guide us through and the little details she caught, life saver!!! My wife and I would highly recommend Shelly (in fact one of our friends already used her as well) and we will continue recommending her to others!! Thank you Shelly for such a fantastic buying experience!
