This review is for an employee Vee who helped sort out an issue with my account and the purchase today to make sure I got my full Rouge discount. Thank you for your attentiveness and care!!! I appreciate you.

I would give this place a one star, but I was assisted by a loving and stunning woman. Didn't get her name unfortunately but she was energetic, helpful and kind. Just know she was a sista, Sephora needs more employee's like this. I was browsing an aisle looking for an item, had multiple Sephora employees past by me. They would even pass by a couple times, make eye contact with me, but not approach to help. Probably thought I was going to steal something because the color of my skin. It's ridiculous, it wasn't like they were busy helping assist other people either. It's not a first time experience either, this Sephora in terms with it's new hires haven't been the best. Not a welcoming experience at all.

Called in for assistance.Fremont location. Spoke to Michael. Needed to clarify a question so I could place online order. Cause they get commissions he refused to help and asked to make a trip to the store. Ridiculous!! This has happened so may of my friends. All of the Fremont staff is arrogant. Try another store and one shall see difference. Thanks Michael !!

I would like to say how fantastic Marcos is, after a shade mishap (new formula) for the Estée Lauder double wear I was about to give up on my tried and true 15 year long go-to and was wandering the store when Marcos offered to help. He was able to shade match me (perfect match by the way on the first try!) to the new formula and now I can continue on my merry way with my favorite foundation. Thank you Marcos!

I tried to give feedback twice to the male managers here; it's really difficult to get anyone to help you with customer service here. It's very hard to find someone to help you, and this is a Sephora that built it's reputation on that. There is someone that stands at the front of the store, but for some reason they can't help with anything related to makeup. Is there a reason to have someone that doesn't know about makeup? I'm not understanding. This one time I wasn't able to get help from an employee, so I asked the manager for help. The manager said "ugh!" he was busy. Seemed like didn't want to help so I waited a bit longer just looking for someone to help me. The second time I asked the manager he finally agreed to help me.
