Selma is the most experienced, knowledgeable, kind and patient realtor you will find to assist with your home purchase or sale. When our 2 sons were four and one years old, we decided it was time to move out of our 1,100 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath house and purchase a larger one. My husband and I had been going to about a dozen open homes searching for a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. All the Realtors were the same. They greet you, see if you have any questions and give you a flyer. We came across Selma Michael of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate at one of her open houses. We were not interested in the home because it had a pool and our children were younger at the time. Selma quickly presented me a whole list of other homes that were available in the Fremont area. The list she gave us were listing by other agents besides her own in the area. I was immediately impressed with her customer service. She was the most helpful agent my husband and I had come across after viewing a bunch of open homes. We hired Selma Michael to sell our home and help us purchase our new home. Throughout the whole process, Selma was helpful, accessible, friendly, flexible, and goes above and beyond what she is required to do. When our home was in escrow, we needed to have some items repaired and Selma offered to wait for the handyman to show up, just so my husband and I didn't have to take time off work. Selma is special and will look after your best interest. In todays age of app, online and chat on the web page, it is really hard to find someone who will give you personal service. You will be happy to choose Selma because personal service is what she will give you. You will not only have a wonderful realtor, but a lifelong friend.

Selma Michael walks on water! Five stars are not nearly enough to rate Selma Michael's market knowledge, communication and interaction style, professionalism, level of care, attention to detail, and overall human compassion. She is one of the kindest and simultaneously competent people I know. This is the fourth time I have had the opportunity to work with Selma on selling/buying a total of 5 properties. She has gone above and beyond every time. I cannot express my deep respect and gratitude highly enough. Thank you, dear Selma, for everything!

Selma͏ is the best supporter/agent you will ever meet in your lifetime!! Finding a house is touch. Especially when you are new to the US, it is a nightmare. As being a new person in the US, I knew nothing about real estate. But with Selma, I navigated the unknown with her strong support. Here I am now with a safe, nice roof over my head. How she has thought of me was not just a customer but as a team, a friend and family. She educated me on how to make the right decision, never rushing me to make a unwise choice. Selma has never let me down on any of the requests to see the houses, reach out to the seller side to gather the precise information, keep track of the options out there. This has been so helpful since I had to work for housing parallel to my busy work which makes things so complicated. Also I was in a very serious time crunch where I had to handle so many things at the same time. I would not have made this possible without Selma. She has always been flexible to meet my needs and questions. She provides real-time support 24/7, weekends, late night, whenever you need, she will be there for you. What matters to you, matters to Selma. I cannot think of a better person to work with, especially when it comes to this very utmost important issue of housing, other than Selma. An Agent who goes above and beyond! Selma Michael was our real estate agent in San Francisco assigned to help with our relocation to San Francisco from Seattle. Most of our house hunting was done remotely and thanks to Selma's help were were able to look at a dozen prospective homes and make an offer on the one we liked over a weekend visit to San Francisco. Selma was very knowledgeable and thanks to her guidance we found a good deal on a home we liked and our offer was accepted pretty close to the selling price which in itself is relatively rare for San Francisco. After closing, Selma went above and beyond her role as our realtor to help coordinate with the contractors and facilitate some remodeling work we wanted done prior to moving to San Francisco. I cannot praise Selma enough for her service, thoroughness and expertise as a realtor. This whole process was painless and fun thanks to Selma Michael.

Great experience! Selma tailored her approach to us and didn't push us to buy. When we were ready she was very knowledgeable, always available and even after closing extremely helpful to make sure we are settled in our new place. - Andrew
