Soraj is professional, friendly, and very helpful. He made me feel welcomed when I went to inquire about a space. I was pleased that he is well versed about all the pricing and fees. He answered all of my questions and informed me of the additional fees upfront, which I appreciate. I appreciate his approach to customer service.

A few months ago I would not have rented at this property, however the first time I met Seroj he assured me that changes were definitely being made to clean this property up and provided better security. Based on that I decided to give it a try. It has been everything that I was told was going to happen has happened. Because of the Seroj and obvious commitment to this company and the people that rent. It's been the best choice I've made in a long time.

I reserved my storage unit online and came in to finalize things. I was excited to have found this place because it is less than a mile from my house. I had a great experience with Saroj! When I tell you, he is the type of person that will excel in any field because he cares about doing a good job. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond with showing me a second unit. They were exactly the same size but one was a little tricky to open and the other was easier. The company had a special for the first month which was a great price for the size of the unit. He took his time explaining everything to me and took additional time to explain the insurance options as well. Moving is very stressful and it was wonderful to have ONE portion of the process go smoothly with no hiccups. The process was easy and quick and the grounds are clean and well maintained. If you need a storage in town, GO SEE SAROJ!

Saroj, the manager, helped me over the phone and showed me the unit I was interested in, and then agreed to hold it for me pending the possibility of another unit opening up soon. I ended up taking the original unit a few days later, and he walked me through all the agreements that I signed. He was very enthusiastic and helpful, I look forward to using this storage facility for some time as it's right near my apartment.
