Sean is an indeed helper, always picking up the phone, always available , and is always willing to take any trouble needed. When we tried to buy our first house in Mountain View, Sean immediately provided professional consultation and make very well aligned recommendations for attorneys, tax experts, accountants to fit in our situation, we were so impressed by his knowledge and capability of getting things down.He was able to explain everything to the very detail and on the ground so that we felt assured and comfortable during the whole process. Sean helped us buy our first house at very reasonable price. As most first-time house buyer at the Bay Area, we felt confused, anxious and exhausted at the beginning of our house searching. Which area should we start? Why is the price difference between houses at the same area? Unfortunately, we couldn’t get answers from any agents until we met Sean. While most of the agents made us feel we need to spend whatever money we have for every single house we visited, Sean is very honest, objective and fair. He pointed out the pros and cons for the house we were interested in. And he sincerely hoped that we can learn and grow from every open house we went. He told us what we should watch out and what are just small things that might not matter too much. We did learn many things through the process. Now we are moving into our house and we are still consulting Sean about home improvement.

He also prepared us the strategy in buying the house, instead of just raising the offer price. He is responsive. You could find him for consultation any time anywhere. You can get his response within seconds when you are in doubt. That is uncommon, even rare, among agents we met. We got the house on the second offer. It saves us a lot of time and effort. If you want to buy a house in the bay area, use him! You will not regret.
