Scott Maksel is amazing at what he does. He really knows the market and made the whole process feel easy. He’s super responsive, always on top of things, and just a great person to work with. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile. His high energy, no doubt, accounts for a lot of his ability to just GET IT DONE!

Scott is the best when it comes to being a true advocate for his clients. As a first time home buyer, Scott was incredibly patient and helpful as we walked through an anxiety-filled home buying process (through no fault of Scott). However, because the journey was so rocky, I got to see firsthand how Scott would thoroughly follow up in every step of the home buying journey to make sure that our needs were being met and ensure that everyone else is following their deadlines. Without his help, we definitely would not have received our home in the time that we did. Scott's skill set covers everything from negotiation, project management, customer success- but the main factor in my recommendation for Scott is his unwavering dedication to his clients and advocate on their behalf. Do yourself a favor and work with Scott if you want someone that is going to be able to get you the best deal possible and act as a champion for your needs.

I’ve worked with Scott on a few listings of his and he was always very professional. He has very good communication with those that he works with and always kept his clients, as well as everyone involved in the loop. All in all, you won’t be disappointed if you choose Scott to work with.
