I’ve been going to the Fremont location for years. Very professional, clean and timely! Ms. Nguyen has always been my provider and she is warm and friendly and very helpful regarding any questions or concerns during my annual exams. -Stephanie

Very efficient, got a quick appointment, almost no wait at the office. Saw the Doctor and a PA, they gave good explanations, and were very thorough. It was quick and easy and a great experience.

Very professional. Dr. Nguyen and staff were wonderful. As a new patient I was scheduled the appt for the next day and had a small procedure the same day.

Unfair billing practices employed by this place. I had showed myself at the California Skin Institute in 2023 and was forced a follow up appointment. I called a few days in advance of the follow up appointment and cancelled it. The person on the phone cancelled the appointment but I was still charged $75 for a missed appointment. After I refused to pay, they sent it to a collection agency. What a mess! Avoid them and go to a more ethical practice.
