I found this place through Groupon and wasn’t sure what to expect, but it ended up being an amazing experience. Sukhi provided exceptional customer service from the very first appointment. She took the time to explain the entire laser hair removal process, what to expect, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. What I really appreciated was how each session was personalized based on the results from my previous treatments, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ve completed three laser hair removal sessions so far and have already seen great results. They’re located inside Salons by JC in a large plaza with plenty of parking, making appointments convenient and easy to get to. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend this place. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Sukhi! From the very first session, she made me feel completely comfortable, informed, and at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the process, answer questions, and tailor the treatment to your specific needs. What really stands out is her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients. She is precise, gentle, and always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the session. On top of that, she creates such a warm and welcoming environment it honestly feels like you’re in the best hands possible. Highly, highly recommend!

As a first time laser treatment doer, I feel so informed, comfortable and satisfied each time I visit! Sukhi is such a friendly, calming and knowledgeable professional. Was my first time getting laser treatment and the experience was amazing! The tech explained the pre-care and after care very well, even supplied me with aloe, lotion, and an after care card. Was a lot of information to digest but the procedure didn’t hurt at all. I’ve been waxing for years prior to this at European wax center but after my experience, I’m never going back 😍 Will definitely get all my services done here from now on.

I had such a great experience, my tech was very thorough and attentive. The process was easy and she made sure I understood before getting the treatments, I’ve had 3 sessions so far and the reduction is amazing!!
