Saitech provided me with a high-end graphics card competitively priced, and got it to me on time. T in perfect condition. During purchasing they put me through some security verification that protected me and my credit card. A service that was quick and easy to apply and made me feel that they were looking out for my best interest and not just selling me a product online. I will use them again, whenever I can.

Ordered RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPU and it arrived promptly, the next day, and in perfect condition. Saitech also had the best price on the web. The next time I'm in the market for a new GPU, I will definitely be shopping with Saitech.

I ordered a hard drive as new, after confirming on their site that products come with their manufacturer warranty. There was no indication that there was an exception to the drive I ordered on the product page. Turns out that the drive I ordered does not come with the manufacture warranty, it's warranty expired days after I placed the order, before I received it. This is misleading and deceptive.
