Only reviewing for packing, not scheduled for delivery yet. Fast efficient and good communication. Experienced and able to move large items without disassembling a lot of furniture. Juan and Javier worked well together and done in about 3 hours. Only downside is the order didn't say to bring enough boxes for my TV, but they were willing to bring back to the warehouse to pack. Update: Unfortunately after delivery I discovered several items were broken including a large desk, tote and closet organizer that were completely unsalvagable. Mattress was permanently stained as well

We had an excellent experience with S&M Moving and Logistics for the installation and build-out of shelving units across the labs I project manage. The team was extremely quick, efficient, and professional from start to finish. They sent a 6-person crew that worked seamlessly together and handled everything with precision and care. Special shoutout to Team Lead Eric, who executed the entire scope exactly as planned and ensured every detail was completed to spec without issues. Overall, the coordination, speed, and quality of work were outstanding. I would absolutely use them again for future lab or facility projects and highly recommend their team for any complex installation or logistics work.

The crew arrived on time and we were very pleased handling of the furniture and fragile items while loading and unloading. Although one crew member had to leave the rest managed to get the unloading, thus spent more time although was getting to very late night they worked hard with the same vigor and enthusiasm.

I have been working with Warren @ S&M Moving & Logistics for more than 5 years now. I support both large and small laboratory relocations as well as lab decommissioning. Warren and Juan have always pulled a team together to meet critical timelines and minimize down time in the labs. The crew is professional and I never have to worry about things getting done safely.
