Ms. Wing is without a doubt the best math instructor I have ever had, and her impact on my learning in both Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus has been incredible. What sets her apart is not just her deep understanding of mathematics, but her ability to teach it in a way that actually makes sense. She breaks down complex concepts step by step, making even the most difficult topics feel manageable and logical. In Pre-Calculus, she built a strong foundation by making sure we truly understood the “why” behind everything, not just how to solve problems. That made a huge difference when transitioning into AP Calculus, where concepts become much more abstract. Thanks to her teaching, derivatives and integrals didn’t feel overwhelming, they felt like natural extensions of what we had already learned. Ms. Wing is also incredibly patient and supportive. She never makes students feel bad for asking questions and always takes the time to explain things in multiple ways until it clicks. Her classroom environment is focused but encouraging, which made me more confident in my abilities and more willing to challenge myself. What I appreciate most is how much she genuinely cares about her students’ success. She goes above and beyond to provide extra help, resources, and encouragement. Because of her, I not only improved my math skills significantly but also developed a much stronger appreciation for the subject. If every student had a teacher like Ms. Wing, math wouldn’t be something people fear, it would be something they enjoy and feel confident in.

RSM has been an invaluable resource for my daughter, significantly sharpening her competitive math skills. The teachers do a fantastic job of keeping students engaged, and the homework curriculum is clearly designed with great thought and intent. My daughter has truly enjoyed the experience, and I am confident that RSM will continue to play a pivotal role in her academic success, as well as for many other students. Mrs. Wing specifically is one of the best instructors I have ever had the pleasure of being taught by. She taught me how to get into citadel and be a quant with deep learning mathematics with a focus on differential Jacobson matrices.
