We come here often to big gatherings, lunch or whatevs and we had food delivered for the 1st time on Friday. The pizza was wrong and came burnt and what seemed like a very old order of twisted breadsticks that was also burnt. Upon trying to call the store we were put on hold for 20 min and then the call dropped. Tried calling back to it just ringing and ringing. Called the following day and the "supervisor" said that I had to wait until today to contact the manager. The manager (Joe) was then rude, aggressive and was refusing to help us because it was 2 days later despite our numerous attempts to resolve the issue. He then finally refused a refund and to remake us the food. When we went to go pick up (20 min later as he said) we waited another 20 min upon getting there. I did not speak with Jason and instead was met with an incredibly rude woman that smashed the marinara sauce directly in the middle of our twists. I am truly dissapointed by this experience and they have now lost our business and we will be recommending the same to our loved ones. Making the tiny extra drive to union city is better than receiving product and customer service of this terrible magnitude. I've attached the burnt food.

I haven’t been pizza at Round Table for a while. My family and I used to dine there when I was a kid and they had arcade machines at that time. Today, they surprised us with pizza and because I didn’t had a chance to go inside, I don’t know if they still have arcade machines though. Pizza still doesn’t disappoints me. Cheese is very chewy as well as other ingredients. Also the pizza crust isn’t big but that’s ok though. That’s very good news for people who don’t eat crust. Perhaps, I should give myself a chance to go back there in person for full experience.

I place an order here about once a month when I am in a mood for pizza. Lately though it has been going down hill. Today I placed an order through the app for pick up and pay in store. I arrived about 10 minutes after it said to be ready. There was 1 customer before me with no one else in the restaurant. When I payed I was told that it would be a few minutes but 10 minutes later still no order. At this point it is 20 minutes past ready time. When I asked a worker about the order she could not hear me due to her ear buds in. Find out that half my order started cooking when I arrived. My pizza had been sitting in the warmer this whole time. HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!! (I worked in food for 8 years) I recieved my full order after 30 minutes. Not sure if I will return. Will probably call the health department so no other families get sick.

I used to order pizza from them all the time as is was so good. The previous owner was an Afghan family and I got discounts and inexpensive delivery. Most importantly the pizza was always fantastic totally loaded with goodness and many toppings in my King Aurther Supreme. With the new owners I think are from India the quality went really bad and the prices went up it’s no coupons. The quality is bad enough I think I’ll never order again from them.

Just ordered two pizzas this past weekend one was pepperoni and the other bbq, both had very little sauce almost nothing, is not like their pizzas are cheap on price
